ENGL 1102 Registration Errors
- If you receive a COHORT RESTRICTION registration error, then the class you are trying to register for is reserved for honors students or LLC students only
- If you receive a PREREQ & TEST SCORE registration error, then the class you are trying to register for has a prerequisite you do not have
- If you receive a CAMPUS RESTRICTION registration error, then the class you are trying to register for is taught through a study abroad program

ENGL 1102 Restrictions:
ENGL 1102 sections HP1-HP5 are restricted to Honors Program students
Online sections of ENGL 1102 are for continuing students only (not available for new summer/fall 2024 students)
Must request a permit in OSCAR
Summer ENGL 1101 & 1102 Info:
ENGL 1101 in summer is restricted to the iGniTe program. If you still need to take ENGL 1101, you must register for a fall 2024 section.
Two options available for ENGL 1102 in summer: ENGL 1102 LS1 (53449) and ENGL 1102 LS2 (55141)
The other ENGL 1102s are restricted to the iGniTe program.
Fall ENGL 1101 & 1102 Info:
Most sections of ENGL 1101 & 1102 will be reserved for incoming freshmen.
*If you still need ENGL 1101, please respond with your GT ID and top 3 preferences including CRN #s.
If you still need ENGL 1102, there are 3 online options available: ENGL 1102 OL1 (90987), ENGL 1102 OL2 (90988), & ENGL 1102 OL3 (93210)
