WST Lrn C dinner with Dr. Ellen Zegura

Dr. Ellen Zegura, Regents Professor and Fleming Chair in Georgia Tech's College of Computing, will meet with WST Learning Community residents to discuss her research and teaching.

She has longstanding research interests in computer networking with a focus on application and network-layer services. More recently her research considers computing and its role in addressing pressing social problem. For international work this area is called ICTD (D=Development).

Professor Zegura teaches at the undergraduate and graduate level, in computer networking (CS 3251), computing for social good (CS 4911/6150) and technology and sustainable community development (SLS 3110).
