Django's Renaissance

This project is a "love letter to the fearless fashion of Afrofuturism," says designer and creator Elijah Hibbert. Hibbert triangulated the aesthetics of Afrofuturism with outfits worn by Janelle Monae and Beyonce (both of whom already draw heavily on that aesthetic in different ways) to create a new outfit for "every woman who has ever danced to the beat of her own drum."
