1. What do you do?
I am a senior software developer on the Consumer Digital and Platforms team at Warner Bros Discovery (WBD). We develop and support the infrastructure and applications for WBD brands on the web, such as HBO.com, DC.com. AdultSwim.com, and TCM.com.
2. What’s the coolest part of your job?
I get to work on digital content for household brands like HBO, DC Comics, Adult Swim, Cartoon Network, and more.
3. Why are you passionate about it?
I am now connected to the media/content I grew up watching. Also, it is exciting to know that my work is public-facing and viewed by thousands of people each day.
4. Which skills from your IAC degree have helped you be successful in this career?
Creative problem solving, good communication, and general technical aptitude.
5. What’s your #1 tip for students and alumni interested in your field?
Get comfortable working outside of your comfort zone. Be flexible, try to have a positive attitude, and communicate.
