From the interview with Dr. Herrington, it was discovered that students will be tested on the web-based lessons every two weeks, using an in-class scantron exam. Students will be required to present an ID before being given a test form. The reason for the in-class tests and ID requirement is to limit the opportunity to cheat, which can be a major issue with an online test since there is no way of verifying that a student took his or her own test.

The tests are designed to evaluate how much the student has learned from the web-based lessons during the two-week period.
