UNCANNY!

When Urizen sees the Lamb of God, he recognizes it as Luvah, but in a way that problematizes the recognition. Urizen, the only character who seems to remember the earlier loop fears this narrative shift because it undermines his reading of Luvah's signs. But by injecting a memory of the previous loop into the narrative present, he simultaneously undermines this narrative, reminding the reader of the void that engulfs all interpretations of Luvah.
