Technology Support Assistant I
$10.50/hour (Minimum of 10 hours a week) $12/hour (Minimum of 10 hours a week)

Description:
Provide customer and technical assistance to customers in
the Library Multimedia Studio, including assistance with
multimedia applications and large format printing. Maintain
day-to-day operations, and troubleshoot equipment within
the Studio including printers and computers.
Available Hours: Available Hours:
Saturday 9am-6pm (required)
Sunday 4pm-10pm
Wednesday 3pm-10pm
Monday 8am-2:30pm
Tuesday 8am-2:30pm
Wednesday 11am – 5:30pm
Thursday 8am-2:30pm

Skills/Experience Desired:
• Customer Service Experience
• Basic troubleshooting and computer skills
• Familiarity with OSX
• Beginner-intermediate knowldege of design asthetics,
website design, image manipulation, and the Adobe
Creative Suite
• Beginner-intermediate knowledge of video editing
techniques and iMovie, Final Cut Pro, or Premiere Pro

Technology Support Assistant II

$12/hour (Minimum of 10 hours a week)

Description

Provide advanced level customer and technical assistance
to customers in the Multimedia Studio. Serve as technical
lead for TSA1 staff members. Assist with departmental
projects including design and development.

Skills/Experience Desired:

• Customer Service Experience
• Advanced troubleshooting and computer skills
• Familiarity with OSX
• Intermediate-expert knowldege of design asthetics,
website design, image manipulation, and the Adobe
Creative Suite
• Intermediate-expert knowledge of video editing
techniques and iMovie, Final Cut Pro, and Premiere Pro
• Intermediate knowledge of audio recording and editing
with DAWs such as Logic Pro, Pro Tools or FL Studio.

Wednesday 11am – 5:30pm
